About The Role

This is a Growth Associate role responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, growth experiments, and go-to-market activities across Xoxoday product suite

The role covers the end-to-end execution of growth initiatives — from campaign planning and content production to experimentation, data analysis, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with CSM, Product, Growth, and client teams to build campaign materials, uncover product-led growth opportunities, and design experiments that directly impact revenue.

This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong ownership, creativity, and operational rigor, with heavy use of AI tools and automation to scale output in a quick-paced, multi-product, multi-market environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution
Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and growth hacks for Xoxoday products across global markets and multiple platforms.
Coordinate end-to-end campaign launches, content production, and performance tracking.




Run multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping quality and brand consistency high.
Growth Experimentation & GTM
Design experiments that directly impact revenue and plan go-to-market activities end to end.
Uncover product-led growth (PLG) opportunities by understanding customer needs, behaviors, and actions.
Test, measure, and iterate on growth levers across the funnel.
AI-Led Content & Designs
Leverage AI tools and platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, Power BI, PostHog, and email tools — to scale content workflows, data analysis, and campaign automation.
Build automation workflows that increase execution speed and output per person.
Produce engaging, on-brand content across formats and products.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
Represent marketing in client meetings and align with internal teams on objectives and requirements.
Partner with CSM, Product, and clients to shape presentation decks, campaign materials, case studies, and other collateral.
