Reports To: Deputy General Manager Plant Engineering Services and EHS

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Purpose of the role

To oversee all installation, repair, automation, technologically up-to-date, and upkeep operations with high productivity, reduced downtime, and optimal cost efficiency.

The role ensures seamless functioning of production machines by supervising maintenance associates, coordinating repairs, driving automation initiatives and implementing robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
