As a growing vertical operating with a lean, entrepreneurial team, we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking ownership and working across sales, product development, customer servicing and backend operations.
Role Overview




We are looking for a driven and commercially oriented Manager – Sales & Sales Operations to play a key role in growing and delivering Madcap Luxe experiences.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently speak with customers, nurture and convert leads, build customized travel proposals, coordinate with global vendors and DMCs, manage backend sales operations, and ensure every expedition is commercially and operationally ready.
The role requires someone who can move seamlessly between a customer conversation, an itinerary or costing sheet, a vendor negotiation, a campaign review and a pre-departure checklist.
In a lean team, ownership, responsiveness and proactive execution will be critical to success.

Manage inbound enquiries and proactively generate current sales opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, partnerships and existing customer networks.
