About the Team
The Analytics team at Navi plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. We work closely with all business functions to generate insights, build visibility, and validate hypotheses that shape strategy and execution. Our work spans five key verticals: Business and Product Analytics, Credit & Credit Risk Analytics, Collections & Biz-fin Analytics, Self-Serve and Automation.

About the Role
This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making by collecting, validating, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights. It plays a key part in supporting cross-functional teams with accurate reporting, improving data processes, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards in a energetic business environment.

What We Expect From You
● Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and gather relevant information from various sources. Validate the accuracy and completeness of the data collected.
● Report Generation:



Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to assist stakeholders in understanding key findings, risks, and opportunities
● Data Analysis: Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
● Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data gathering processes and improve efficiency
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams, such as finance, compliance, and engineering, to access relevant data availability and ensure consistency in reporting
● Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies when handling sensitive information and generating regular reports
● Training and Support: Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders on data gathering techniques and data analysis tools (Tableau,Metabase etc.
