What will you get to work on?

As a core member of the HR team at Osfin.ai, you will:

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closures — across technical and non-technical roles.




Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
Own and optimise sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies) to build strong talent pipelines.
Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire).
Drive a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

HR Operations

Own the employee onboarding and induction process end-to-end.
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in line with evolving business needs.
Manage statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour law filings, and related audits).
Administer HR systems and employee records with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Support IT asset management processes tied to employee onboarding/offboarding.
Coordinate vendor evaluations and manage HR-related vendor relationships.
