Role Description The Manager – Event & Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning and execution of events and associated operational activities. This role involves designing event formats, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth logistics before, during, and after events. The manager will handle vendor relationships, venue arrangements, registrations,



and attendee experience, while aligning events with brand and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring operational processes, resolving on-ground issues, tracking budgets, and preparing post-event reports and insights. The role requires close collaboration with editorial, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality events that reinforce The Economic Times’ position as a premier business news and knowledge platform.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills with experience in streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and handling day-to-day event operations.
