Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for HiveRift Softwares. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karol Bagh, involving regular meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable software solutions.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to set targets, report on performance, and refine business development processes.
