Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client account activities, including managing relationships, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to support project delivery, monitoring account performance, and preparing regular reports and updates. The Account Manager will help identify opportunities for account growth, support contract renewals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer service.
