ROLE OVERVIEW
The North Head (Office Administration) owns workplace and administration outcomes across the region, governing service delivery and employee experience through the Shared Services Centre (SSC), without direct vendor or landlord engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Office uptime and operational readiness across all West region offices
• Adherence to standardized workplace and administration operating models across locations
• Percentage of SSC tickets closed within agreed SLA (critical vs BAU)
• Accuracy and completeness of service requests raised to SSC (right scope, right data,
