Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage prospective and existing clients, and present Cool Vault’s cold storage solutions, including custom cold rooms, maintenance contracts, and equipment sales. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, managing negotiations,



and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with technical and operations teams to deliver solutions that match customer needs, and providing ongoing account support to build long-term relationships. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about industry trends, and represent Cool Vault professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Basic technical understanding of cold storage systems, HVAC, or related equipment (preferred but can be learned on the job).
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain services clearly to diverse stakeholders.
