Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Technixia’s smart automation solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional segments. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting product demonstrations and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales.

The Field Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installations and service, and provide feedback from the field to support product and marketing improvements. The role also involves regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends, while consistently meeting or exceeding defined sales targets.
