At OZi, we’re building and scaling consumer-first experiences - and we’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for our Revenue Team. We’re looking for someone with a strong Business Analyst background who understands numbers, growth, business strategy, and revenue drivers. Someone who can dive deep into data, identify opportunities, and help scale revenue through sharp insights and execution.

Work directly with founders and revenue leadership on high-impact business initiatives
Analyze revenue performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and business metrics
Build dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to support decision-making
Identify revenue growth opportunities, leakages, and operational inefficiencies
Track KPIs, business performance, and growth metrics across channels




Collaborate with growth, product, operations, and finance teams to drive revenue initiatives
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing/business strategy evaluations
Convert data into actionable business recommendations and scalable processes

Requirements:
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Hands-on experience with SQL, python and BI tools
Strong understanding of revenue metrics, growth funnels, and business performance tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
