You will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions, promoting engineering best practices, and ensuring successful project execution in an Agile environment.

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers,

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support high-performance, distributed systems.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Integrate messaging platforms such as Kafka to support event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
Support CI/CD implementation using tools such as Jenkins to streamline development and deployment workflows.
Work with MongoDB and SQL databases to design effective data models and optimize application performance.
Guide the team in resolving technical challenges, troubleshooting production issues, and improving system reliability.
