Safina Plaza is a retail and lifestyle plaza on Infantry Road, Bengaluru, and its in-house cafe is a key part of the visitor experience — a go-to spot for shoppers, event guests, and the neighbourhood.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Cafe Manager to run day-to-day operations of the cafe at Safina Plaza —
overseeing service, quality, staffing, and profitability while delivering a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, service standards, and
cleanliness.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance for baristas, service staff, and the kitchen team.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to control costs and minimise
wastage.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle cash management, billing,



and daily sales reconciliation.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Track sales, costs, and profitability, and report performance to management.
• Plan promotions, seasonal menus, and collaborations with mall events and activations.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or F&B; management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and P&L; management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms).
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; hotel management or hospitality background a plus.
