About the Role

We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to sell our Real Estate ERP/software solutions to builders, developers, and real estate brokerages. This is a client-facing, revenue-critical role suited to someone who understands B2B SaaS sales cycles and can speak credibly to real estate business owners about how technology solves their operational pain points (inventory management, CRM, sales & payment tracking, project management, compliance, etc.).
You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and product demos to closing and account handover — while working closely with the marketing, presales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate developer, builder, and broker ecosystem through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Conduct product demonstrations (in-person and virtual) of the ERP platform, tailoring the pitch to the prospect's specific business challenges (sales, CRM, inventory, accounting,



or project management).
Build and manage a solid sales pipeline using CRM tools; maintain accurate forecasts and reporting.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the presales/technical team for customized proposals and solution walkthroughs.
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations/proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and industry associations (CREDAI, NAREDCO, local realtor bodies, etc.) to generate referral business.
Attend real estate industry events, expos, and property exhibitions to generate leads and represent the brand.
Collaborate with the onboarding/customer success team to ensure smooth handover post-sale.
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and RERA/real estate regulatory changes that impact software requirements.
