Role Description The UCCE Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions for clients. Day-to-day activities include configuring call flows, IVR scripts, routing strategies, and integrations with CRM and other enterprise applications,



as well as monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose architecture improvements, and document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures. The engineer will also participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and user acceptance activities, while ensuring stability, security, and scalability of contact center environments. This is an in office role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), including configuration, scripting, call routing, and reporting.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), IVR platforms (such as CVP), and related contact center technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting network, voice, and application-level issues within complex contact center environments.
