Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and drive revenue growth for Birla Fertility & IVF in Surat through effective sales planning, execution, and relationship management. This full-time, on-site role involves managing lead generation,



converting inquiries into consultations, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and other healthcare partners while promoting Birla Fertility & IVF’s services and value proposition. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the local sales team, coordinating with marketing and operations, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring high-quality, ethical interactions with all customers. The role also requires regular reporting, pipeline management, and participation in local events and initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and patient acquisition.
