Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, design development, construction documentation, site coordination, and project delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for managing design development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely drawing delivery, and supporting projects from the design stage through execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge, design coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural design development from concept through execution.
Coordinate the preparation and delivery of design development, working, construction, and detailed drawings.
Ensure timely and accurate drawing submissions in line with project schedules.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interiors, Landscape,



and other consultants.
Review architectural drawings for design quality, technical accuracy, and coordination.
Identify and resolve design, technical, and coordination issues.
Conduct regular site visits and site coordination to ensure execution aligns with approved designs and drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve construction-related issues.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and technical details.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, consultant coordination meetings, and project discussions.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and project requirements.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and drawing issuance schedules.
Ensure quality and consistency across all architectural deliverables.
Manage and prioritize multiple project deliverables while meeting deadlines.
Guide and mentor junior architects
