Role Description The Senior Sales Engineering Manager is responsible for leading sales engineering activities, driving business growth, and supporting technical solutions for industrial automation customers.



This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves managing and mentoring the sales engineering team, overseeing key accounts, and coordinating with design and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting technical and commercial offers. The role also includes market analysis, pipeline management, collaboration with partner brands, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sales support.
Qualifications
Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, including DC drives, PLC-based systems, control panels, and related equipment.
