We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise Oracle applications. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical professional with extensive experience delivering scalable Oracle EBS solutions, driving complex integrations, and leading technical initiatives in enterprise environments.
As an Oracle EBS Technical Lead, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and developers to design and implement robust Oracle EBS solutions. You will be responsible for developing customizations, managing integrations, supporting production environments, and ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of Oracle EBS applications.



A significant aspect of this role includes leading Oracle Advanced Collections telephony and CTI integrations while ensuring seamless communication between Oracle EBS and enterprise telephony platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite applications with a primary focus on Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS solutions including RICEW objects, PL/SQL packages, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher reports, workflows, and interfaces.
Build and support integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, and SOA-based integration frameworks.
Implement and maintain Oracle EBS security by managing responsibilities, roles, menus, user access, and security configurations.
Lead Oracle Advanced Collections telephony and CTI integration initiatives, including Oracle Universal Work Queue (UWQ), Advanced Outboun
