Requirements:
Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
3–5 years of experience
Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of space planning, materials, and detailing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Interest in designing child-focused spaces
Responsibilities:
Lead projects and teams
Design spaces and products that create meaningful impact in childhood development
Manage site responsibilities
Work closely with the founder and core design team
