Serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients, delivering SAP IS-U Device Management, Meter Reading, AMI/Smart Metering, and Meter-to-Cash transformation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement scalable SAP IS-U Device Management solutions.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Configure and support device lifecycle processes including installation, replacement, removal, exchange, certification, and retirement.
Support Smart Metering, AMI, NEM, NBT, DER, and bi-directional metering initiatives.
Work closely with SAP IS-U CS, Billing, Meter Reading, FI-CA, MDM, EDM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP teams.
Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
Drive process optimization, automation, and utility modernization initiatives.
Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business development activities.
