About the Team:
The Climate Practice Team at WTW focuses on helping corporates and investors
understand and manage transition risks through industry‑leading climate research
and modelling. Leveraging tools such as the Climate Transition Indices, the team
delivers high‑quality consulting solutions across global markets.
Based in Mumbai with opportunities for international project work, the team
collaborates with clients across diverse sectors—ranging from natural resources
and battery metals to industrials, materials, and transport. Team members gain
exposure to climate risk analysis, financial and economic modelling, and
strategic climate disclosures, supported by both formal and on‑the‑job training.
The team operates globally, with recent engagements spanning the United States
of America, Europe, United Kingdom, and countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin
America
Principal Roles and Duties:
* Develop financial models quantifying the impacts of transition risks on the
financial performance and valuation of companies and portfolios.
* Deliver high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis, written
documents, PowerPoint presentations and other materials, often to stretching
deadlines, for consulting projects.
* Design and deliver Power BI dashboards as licensed products at the
