Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (Insurance certifications preferred).
* 2–5 years of experience in P&C; Insurance operations.
* Solid knowledge of policy administration, underwriting support,
endorsements, and renewals.
* Familiarity with commercial lines, specialty lines, or personal lines
insurance.
* Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire or other policy
administration systems is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
