Role Description The Paid Media Head is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role oversees media strategy, budget allocation, and performance measurement to drive brand growth and ROI for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media plans,



coordinating with creative and account teams, supervising campaign launches, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. The Paid Media Head will analyze campaign data, refine targeting, manage vendor and platform relationships, and maintain best practices for bidding and optimization. The role also involves mentoring a media team, contributing to new business pitches, and staying current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Media Strategy and Media Planning, with experience designing and managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with a focus on paid social and performance-driven campaigns.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present media plans, performance reports, and insights to internal teams and clients.
