Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Accountant role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of bank accounts, GST, and balance sheet items in line with client and internal standards. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and generating accurate financial statements and management reports. The role involves assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, cash flow tracking, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, maintain strong documentation and internal controls, and contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
