Job Summary
The Functional Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of an assigned SAP functional workstream. This role partners with business leaders, IT, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure SAP capabilities are aligned with standardized business processes, operational requirements,



integration needs, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the assigned SAP workstream through requirements gathering, fit-to-standard analysis, process design, configuration alignment, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for the assigned SAP domain, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective SAP-enabled solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve operational execution.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, data teams, security teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
