What You'll Do
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and client campaigns (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, paid social creative)
Collaborate with our strategy and design team to bring campaign concepts to life
Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading to elevate storytelling
Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different client accounts
Stay on top of platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and bring fresh creative ideas to the table
Organize and maintain project files, footage libraries, and version control

What We're Looking For
1+ year Video editing experience
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve
Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
Experience editing for paid social/performance marketing is a big plus
Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
A portfolio or reel that shows range (brand content, ads, social-first edits)
Bonus: basic motion graphics/animation skills, sound design experience
