About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who is passionate about helping learners make informed career decisions while achieving exceptional enrolment results.

In this role, you will engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound interactions, understand their career goals, recommend suitable training programs, and guide them through the complete admission journey while driving successful enrolments.

This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, relationship-building, and counselling skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Recommend suitable training programs based on individual needs.
• Guide students through the admission and enrolment process.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.




• Manage 50–70 student interactions daily through calls and other communication channels.
• Build solid relationships with prospective learners.
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and counselling sessions.
• Re-engage inactive leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, and documentation.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
• Stay updated on course offerings, schedules, pricing, and admission processes.
