Responsibilities/ Skillsets:
Strong technical capability with Geotechnical related services such as planning subsurface investigation, reviewing geotechnical factual reports and determining the geotechnical design parameters, shallow/deep foundation design, excavation support systems, slope stability analysis, ground improvement techniques, etc.
Knowledge of MSE wall design
Valuable exposure to international codes and standards
Proficiency with common geotechnical software.
Attending technical meetings with Clients and Contractors to solve any design, construction or other technical issues, including value engineering exercises, and answering Client and/or Contractors queries and comments.
Excellent organizational ability, report writing, and verbal communication are essential
Experience in supervision, guidance, development, and mentoring of junior staff
Previous project management experience is highly desirable
Demonstrated professional judgment, consistency and attention to detail; proven track record leading and successfully completing small and large - scale projects
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
