Responsibilities:
Lead real-time monitoring and coordination of supply chain operations across Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
Track critical supply chain KPIs in the areas of Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Process Violations, Inventory and Distributor/Customer Receivables (Cash collection) and ensure highest levels of metrics are maintained.
Drive proactive issue resolution with Tech, Product and other Business Stakeholders to minimize disruption to Operations and support high customer service levels.
