Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - US & E-Commerce Growth to work closely with the founders in identifying, building, and scaling new growth opportunities for the brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, understands the D2C e-commerce ecosystem, and wants to operate with a founder’s mindset by taking complete ownership of initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth channels, markets,



and product ideas.
• Own the end-to-end execution of new initiatives from concept to launch and scale.
• Work closely with the founders on high-impact strategic and operational projects.
• Launch and scale current products, categories, business models, and revenue streams.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, technology, supply chain, customer experience, and finance teams.
• Analyze business data, customer insights, sales trends, unit economics, and market trends to support decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Build and optimize processes for scalability, efficiency, and stronger execution.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and category research to identify growth opportunities.
• Take complete ownership of assigned targets, timelines, performance, and outcomes.
