Veritos Infosolutions is a Chandigarh/Mohali-based IT services company offering software development, web development, digital marketing, and e-governance solutions to clients across India, USA, UK, and Canada. We're looking for a strategic Brand Manager to shape how the IT world sees us.

Role Summary:
We're hiring a Brand Manager to own our brand identity, content strategy, and positioning. This role is focused on the strategic and analytical side of branding — defining who we are, who we're speaking to, and how we grow visibility in the IT services space.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Content Strategy
• Own Veritos's brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning across all channels
• Build and execute content calendars aligned with business goals
• Research and understand the IT/software services niche — competitors, industry trends, and what resonates with a B2B tech audience
• Identify and define target audience segments (e.g., SMEs, government bodies, enterprises) and tailor messaging/channels accordingly.

Audience & Market Analysis




• Analyze where and how to target the right audience across platforms
• Track brand performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategy
• Stay current on IT-sector branding trends and competitor positioning

Cross-functional Coordination
• Brief and guide designers, video editors, and social media execution (in-house or freelance)
• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all brand touchpoints

Requirements Experience & Knowledge
• Prior experience in branding or content strategy (agency or in-house, IT/tech sector preferred)
• Understanding of IT/software industry branding — how tech companies position themselves to B2B and government clients
• Ability to analyze audience data and identify where to target campaigns (platform selection, demographics, timing)
• Basic understanding of SEO/digital marketing principles is a plus
