Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive role at Mount Pameer is a full-time, in office position based in Kottayam. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support the company’s engineering solutions and construction services, including waterproofing, specialty coatings, and architectural offerings.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying target customer segments,



and analyzing industry trends to inform campaigns and sales strategies.

The Senior Marketing

Executive collaborates with sales and technical teams to create marketing materials, presentations, and digital content that clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions. The role also involves managing marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics, engaging with clients and partners, and representing the brand at events, site visits, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning and marketing skills, with the ability to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in construction, engineering, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
