- Develop current corporate and institutional clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Generate business through corporate visits, referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
- Promote clinic services, health check-ups, diagnostics, and other healthcare offerings.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, proposals, and client conversions.
- Coordinate corporate health check-ups and ensure smooth client servicing.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate timely collections.
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, business generated,
and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular marketing/MIS reports for management.
- Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution.
- Support promotional activities, camps, and other marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing/business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong local networking and client relationship skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
