Role Description The Senior Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Senior

Manager will lead and manage client relationships, oversee risk evaluation and insurance placement, and ensure delivery of comprehensive insurance solutions for commercial, industrial, and liability lines. Daily responsibilities include supervising policy design and renewal, coordinating claims support and dispute resolution, and guiding teams to secure competitive premiums and appropriate coverage. The role involves collaborating with insurers, mentoring team members, monitoring service quality,



and driving business development initiatives while maintaining compliance, transparency, and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in insurance broking, risk management, and policy advisory, preferably across commercial, industrial, and liability insurance lines.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring, performance oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, and familiarity with arbitration and legal processes related to insurance.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate complex risk profiles and design tailored insurance solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance or risk management are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with in office work in Jaipur and readiness to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams in person as needed.
