POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager – SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP OTC solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the functional lead for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related OTC processes, partnering with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation, process standardization, system enhancements, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, strong leadership capabilities, and experience managing large-scale SAP implementations and support organizations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

SAP OTC Solution Leadership

- Lead the SAP OTC function and act as the primary subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes.
- Define and execute the SAP OTC roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive solution design and architecture for OTC processes across sales, pricing, order management, delivery, billing,



and customer returns.
- Ensure SAP solutions support business growth, scalability, and compliance requirements.

SAP Implementation & Transformation

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation programs.
- Manage SAP S/4HANA OTC transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design future-state solutions.
- Ensure successful deployment of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.

Business Process Management

- Analyze current OTC processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Standardize global OTC processes and promote best practices.
- Support business process re-engineering initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT leadership teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on SAP OTC capabilities and improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships.

SAP Support & Operations

- Oversee SAP OTC application support and incident management.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standards.
- Manage enhancement requests, defect resolution, and system performance.
- Lead root-cause analysis and problem management activities.

- Collaborate with global delivery teams and external consulting partners.
- Drive knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 12–15 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience leading at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Prior experience in a leadership or people management role preferred.

Ability to work independently and in a cooperative team environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
