Job Summary The Senior Manager – Finance &

- Accounts will oversee financial accounting, statutory compliance, regulatory reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and audits. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining solid internal controls, and supporting the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial accounting, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with NHB/RBI regulations, Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and Income Tax requirements.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.

- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and lender reporting.

- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Ensure accurate loan portfolio accounting, reconciliations, and provisioning.





- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.

- Lead and mentor the Finance &
- Accounts team.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- CA preferred ,(CMA may also be considered).

- 5 + years of experience in Finance &
- Accounts.

- Experience in an HFC, NBFC, or banking sector is preferred
