We are looking for a finance qualified with 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Financial Planning, and Budgeting. The role will be responsible for managing accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.

- Prepare and analyze MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and variance reports.

- Monitor budgets, costs, profitability, and working capital.

- Provide financial insights and support management in business decisions.

- Coordinate with auditors and ensure financial compliance.

- Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting systems.

Qualification & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts & FP&A.;

- Inter CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Excel, accounting/ERP systems, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
