Role Description We are looking for a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Specialty Chemicals, to be based full-time, in office in Hyderabad. This role sits within the commercial team and is responsible for growing ARL's specialty chemicals business in the cosmetic, industrial, and electrochemical segments — from identifying markets and customers to closing deals and ensuring smooth order execution.
Key responsibilities include:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for specialty chemicals across domestic and international markets




Lead the charge in establishing ARL's footprint in the cosmetic, industrial, and electrochemical segments — scouting customers, understanding segment-specific needs, and building the pipeline from the ground up
Own the commercial cycle for your accounts — pricing, quotations, and contract/negotiation support
Work closely with production, quality, and R&D; to ensure customer inquiries are answered quickly
Track the market — pricing movements, competitor activity, and emerging demand
Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting that give leadership visibility into the business, including progress on new-segment development
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, and build the kind of relationships that turn one-time buyers into long-term partners
