Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Andheri East, Mumbai, with frequent travel across India.
The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end retail operations across multiple store locations, ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, inventory accuracy, and consistent implementation of company SOPs. The role involves overseeing store performance, leading store teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, conducting operational audits,



and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high compliance and operational standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG retail operations, multi-store management, inventory control, team leadership, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple store locations.
Drive store sales, revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Ensure uniform implementation of SOPs, operational policies, and company standards across all stores.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and FIFO compliance.
Supervise merchandising, product placement, visual standards, and store presentation.
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate store teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
Monitor billing operations, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, HR, Finance, and other internal departments for seamless operations.
