Role Overview
As a Sr. Consultant – Risk & Compliance, you will play a critical role in leading end-
to-end client engagements across regulatory advisory, risk management, and
compliance transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and
clients to design frameworks, drive implementation, and ensure alignment with evolving
regulatory landscapes. This role requires a robust blend of domain expertise, client management, and delivery ownership, with the ability to independently manage projects and contribute to
business growth.

Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Risk & Compliance projects for Banks, NBFCs, and fintechs
• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements across RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI
frameworks
• Drive initiatives across:
RBI Master Directions & Digital Lending Guidelines
DPDPA, Data Privacy & Governance
ISO 27001, Information Security & Business Continuity

• Conduct risk assessments (regulatory, operational, IT/security, third-party/vendor) and gap analysis
• Design and implement policies, SOPs,



compliance frameworks, and governance
structures
• Lead client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and regulatory readiness programs
• Ensure high-quality deliverables including reports, dashboards, and compliance review

2. Team Management & Training
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts on project execution and domain
knowledge
• Drive internal capability building through structured training sessions (Risk, Compliance,
DPDPA, etc.)
• Ensure quality control and review of team deliverables
• Build strong team ownership and accountability across engagements

3. Thought Leadership
• Contribute to creation of whitepapers, industry insights, and regulatory analysis
• Track and interpret evolving regulatory changes and translate them into actionable
insights
• Support development of internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets
• Represent the firm in client discussions, industry forums,
