Overview

The Marketing Automation Traffic Manager is an integral part of The Marketing Studio, Gallagher’s in-house agency. responsible for managing the intake, resourcing, routing, and prioritization of requests across our marketing divisions. This position partners closely with Account Management, Project Management, divisional stakeholders, and internal team members to ensure work is properly scoped, resourced,



and tracked from submission through completion.

With a robust background in traffic management and project coordination, this role supports the efficient flow of work through the Marketing Automation team by reviewing incoming requests, validating readiness criteria and required information to begin work, aligning expectations with Project Managers, and directing tasks to the appropriate resources. This position is essential to maintain organized workflows, supporting SLA and quality delivery adherence, and ensuring work progresses smoothly and on time.
