We are looking for a technically strong and experienced IT leader to own and scale PW’s infrastructure, networking, and live-media technology ecosystem.

? Role Overview
As an Associate General Manager – IT, you will be responsible for the strategy, architecture, operations, and 24x7 reliability of PW’s IT infrastructure and network ecosystem.
The role requires robust expertise in enterprise networking, data centers, cloud infrastructure, high-availability systems, and live-streaming/broadcast IT,



along with proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

? Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations
Own IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, roadmap, and modernization.
Manage data centers, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Drive capacity planning, scalability, availability, and infrastructure performance.
Establish and monitor SLAs, uptime targets, and performance benchmarks.
? Networking & Connectivity
Design and manage enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, and data center networks.
Own network security architecture including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and access controls.
Ensure redundant and high-availability connectivity for live classes and high-concurrency traffic.
Manage ISPs, telecom partners, and network technology vendors.
