Role Description The BIM Engineer – MEP will contribute to the development and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models for building projects using Building Information Modeling tools. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune District involves creating and updating detailed construction drawings,



ensuring accurate model integration with architectural and structural disciplines, and resolving coordination issues across trades. The position includes collaborating closely with project engineers, architects, and site teams, supporting clash detection and model-based quantity take-offs, and maintaining model standards and documentation. The BIM Engineer – MEP will also help implement best practices in VDC workflows, support design reviews, and provide technical input to improve project efficiency and constructability.
