Role Description The BIM Modeler – Electrical is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position involves creating and updating detailed electrical BIM models, including power, lighting, ELV, and related systems, in coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.



The role requires interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring models adhere to project standards, local codes, and company BIM protocols. The BIM Modeler collaborates closely with designers and engineers to resolve clashes, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare coordinated drawings and schedules for delivery. Daily activities include model coordination, quality checks, version control, and support for project teams across global offices.
Qualifications
Strong BIM and 3D modeling skills using tools such as Autodesk Revit (Electrical), Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software.
Proficiency in electrical design documentation, including power and lighting layouts, cable routing, panel schedules, and ELV systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, and translate them into accurate, coordinated BIM models.
