The Role
As a HSE Specialist I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for overseeing the HSE compliance of Contractors in a mega project.
Solid understanding and exposure in driving Contractor HSE management system.
Thorough understanding of HSE statutory requirements specific to India.
Convene meetings with internal stakeholders to set the HSE expectations.




Conducting Monthly HSE auditing to review the Contractor HSE compliance.
Investigating the incidents reported to capture the learnings.
Preparing and reviewing the risk assessment process.
Conducting safety campaigns to create awareness among the work force.
Reviewing the effectiveness of Emergency mock drills by conducting periodic mock drills.
Liaising with Customer & Contractor to align with company HSE expectations.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
B.E./ B.Tech / B.Sc. (Physics / Chemistry / Maths) / Diploma in engineering from recognized Institute and Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized university. Examination of such course should have been conducted by Technical Education Board of respective state or approved university.
