Jaipur. We work with clients across brand audits, social media content, corporate branding, founder-led
storytelling, SEO strategy, and marketing funnel optimization.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager – Sales to own the revenue engine of ZorSpeaker — from first
conversation to signed client. This role sits at the intersection of sales, pre-sales, and client
relationship management. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting current business
opportunities, running the pre-sales process (pitches, proposals, deal structuring), and then staying on
as the primary point of contact to manage client communication and stakeholder relationships through
the engagement.

This is not a pure hunting role and not a pure account management role — it’s both.



You close the
deal, and you keep the relationship healthy after it’s closed.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads across target industries
Own outreach (cold and warm) — email, LinkedIn, calls — and build a healthy, trackable pipeline
Drive deals from first contact to closed-won, including negotiation and commercial structuring
Understand prospective client needs and translate them into tailored pitches and proposals
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to build compelling pitch decks and auditled
proposals
Prepare scope documents, pricing structures, and commercial terms for prospective clients
Run discovery calls and needs-assessment conversations with prospects
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-onboarding
Manage day-to-day client communication, expectation-setting, and issue resolution
Coordinate across internal tea
