About Role:

As an Associate Product Manager (AI Products) at Credgenics, you’ll have the unique prospect to build world-class FinTech products that enhance collections, improve customer experiences, and drive financial innovation. If you love solving complex problems and building disruptive, high-growth products, this role is for you

1. Product Success
Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research.
Coordinating with stakeholders to understand their business needs, collect feedback, requirements,



and ensure effective use.

2. Project Delivery
Work across verticals (product/sales/customer support/design/operations) and align everyone on product goals.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product leadership to define and deliver end-to-end AI product features.
Translate data science insights into product requirements and user stories.
Prioritize model development pipelines based on business value and feasibility.
Work closely with analytics and engineering teams to define success metrics, run experiments (A/B, pilots), and monitor post-launch performance.
Defining product roadmap, managing sprints, grooming, and roadmap for data science-driven initiatives.
Support user research, data validation, and hypothesis testing for new AI solutions.
Build a strong understanding of the underlying data, models, and KPIs driving product decisions.
