About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to support our branch and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, updating customer and loan-related information, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential financial and customer information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update customer, loan, and branch-related data accurately in the company's systems/software.
* Maintain and update physical and digital records of customers and loan files.
* Verify data entered against source documents and identify discrepancies.
* Assist the Operations/Branch team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Maintain accurate records of loan applications, disbursements, collections,



documents, and other operational activities.
* Scan, upload, organize, and maintain documents in the appropriate folders/system.
* Coordinate with the Operations, Credit, Sales, and Accounts teams for data and documentation requirements.
* Ensure timely updating of MIS and internal databases.
* Prepare Excel sheets and reports as required by the reporting manager.
* Follow up internally for missing or incomplete documents/data.
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
* Ensure all data is entered within defined timelines and as per company processes/SOPs.
* Perform other data entry and administrative activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate / Higher Secondary qualification; relevant experience will be an advantage.
* Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
* Good typing speed with accuracy.
